Special districts elect members of the Board of Directors for 4-year terms. Member elections are staggered with elections held every 2 years. Starting in 2023, Special Districts hold odd-year elections.

The Keep HOA

Board Member Elections

Members of the Board are elected for 3-year terms. Elections are held every year, and the terms of the Board members are staggered so only one Board Member is elected at each election. The elections are conducted during a special meeting at a date and time determined by the Board.
