The Keep HOA

Welcome to The Keep HOA. This site contains information about the The Keep HOA, contact information for HOA management, meeting schedules and access to HOA documents.

To Preserve the value and desirability of the Community, the residences and the parcels, the Board of directors of the Association may adopt policies, procedures, rules, regulations or guidelines as may be necessary or desirable to faciliate the eficient operation of the Association. This includes the clarification of ambiguous provisions in other douments or as may be required by law.

The Keep HOA is managed by the District Management under the supervision of a Board of Directors consisting of three elected Board members. The Board holds regular meetings supported by the Management. Meeting schedules and related information are available on the Meetings page.

Overview

Solitude Metropolitan District (the “District”) prepares its Budget using the modified accrual basis of accounting. The District does not have any obligations related to lease-purchase agreements. The District provides for the construction, operation and maintenance of public water improvements and facilities and storm drainage improvements.
